Pastor Alvin C. Grissom was raised in Pine Bluff Arkansas, where he attended both Smith Temple Church of God in Christ and First Trinity Church of God in Christ.  Pastor and his family attended Abundant Life Church of God in Christ upon moving to Dallas, Tx in 1994 (he was called to the ministry later that year).  

 

Pastor Grissom was appointed pastor of Mitchell Street Church of God in Christ in 2003 (closed at time of appointment).  Pastor Grissom, is the current Pastor of Mitchell Street Church of God in Christ and Superintendent of the Saintsville District.
